 Position: L1 Trainee / L1 support engineer

Candidate Profile Preference:

  • 0-1 Yrs. of experience.

 

Required Skills / Technologies:

  • A Level 1 Support Engineer is responsible for providing technical support to customers. 
  • This includes resolving issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity. The engineer will also monitor and troubleshoot system and network performance, as well as provide technical advice and assistance. 
  • Interact with customers to identify and resolve technical issues.Document customer interactions and resolutions in support tickets.
  • Determine the severity of the customer’s problem and escalate issues to Level 2 and Level 3 support personnel as needed. 
  • Must have excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Must have a good understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts. 
  • Knowledge of various operating systems and troubleshooting tools is also important.

Qualification:

  • BE/ B.Tech.
